Experience Required: Minimum 3 years of experience in Mumbai real estate market

Education: M. Arch, B. Arch

Responsibilities and Expectations:

Provide design brief to consultants in co-ordination with management
Review design shared by the consultant and coordinate with MEP, structure, liaisoning to consultants and issue GFC drawings
Prepare feasibility report for new projects
Monitor schedules for timely completion
Attend review meetings at site with site team and management
Select mockup samples for furnishing show and sample flats for approval
Able to create presentation and 3D plans with mockup elevation and units plans

Experience Required: Minimum 3 years of experience

Education: CA, M. Com, B. Com

Working Days: Monday to Saturday

Responsibilities and Expectations:

Preparation of financial statements and coordination with auditor
Day-to-day accounting activities
Preparation of monthly MIS, investor reporting and board presentation
Preparation of annual budget
Responsible for timely collection, invoicing and payments
Responsible for statutory and tax compliances/payments
Cash flow projection and cash reinvestment
Responsible to prepare business models as per business requirements
Analyzing financial data
Contribution towards control on cost optimization
Preparing financial reports, financial statements, getting audits done viz. statutory audit, tax audit, internal audit, other audits as and when arise.
Ensuring accuracy of financial information
Other responsibilities as and when the need arises
